How do I refund an order?
Go to Completed Orders, find the order, click Refund button for full refund, or Actions | Partial refund for a partial refund.

Find the order, click Actions, then Split by guests if you want to equally split order, or Split by products if you want to select the products to split.
How do I create a Gift Card?
Go to POS, on the top of the page click the Gift Card button card_giftcard.
How do I manage Gift Cards?
Go to Administration | Marketing | Gift Cards. Here you can see all your active Gift Cards, you can find a specific card by name or email, and for each card you can see the usage history, generate a new code, edit or delete it.
How do I set up a Booking Cancellation Fee?
Go to Administration | Settings | Experiences. Select the Booking Experience for which you would like to set up a Cancellation Fee (or click Actions | Edit). Once you have opened the Experience edit dialog, click on Cancellation fee. Here you can define yor Cancellation Fee policy.
How do I close my online Bookings for some days?
Go to Administration | Settings | Timetables | Special Closing Days. Here you can select a day or more days where the onliine bookings will be closed. For more advanced closing policies such as close the bookings for some hours in day, or overwrite the booking hours for a day, go to Booking | Calendar, select a day and the click Edit Day.
Can I take a booking cancellation fee?
Yes, you can decide if your online bookings should ask for a Cancellation fee. The guest will only be charged in case of No-Show, or you can decide to convert the Cancellation fee into a Gift Card.
Can I organize events and sell tickets online?
Yes, Fresto's event manager allows you to create events with or without paid tickets, link to a public page where your guests can enroll to the event and buy the ticket if required.

Can I offer delivery?
Fresto provides you with the possibility to ask for a delivery address for your online orders. This allows you to self-deliver the orders, if taken from a reasonable distance that you can decide.

The Kitchen Display System, is meant to replace the order ticket printing. Any order update is here reflected in real time. Orders are displayed in the order they should be served.

How do I add and manage customers?
Customers are automatically added to your database everytime they make a reservation or order online. They can also be added manually from the POS or managed in Administration | Marketing | Customers
How do I collect and analyze customer feedback?
Go to Administration | Marketing | Feedback to analyze all the feedback received from your customers. You can automatically send a feeback request email after a reservation, or share a public link to collect feedback.
